Medical Insurance Plans Compared

The following article is encouraged and dedicated by a couple of my patients that were concussed. I"m presuming that you have endured a concussion from a head injury. You were assessed, diagnosed with concussion and treated with prescription medications and a lot of rest. So, I"m not going to concentrate on symptoms, grading and the evaluation of head injuries and concussions. Yet, I shall discuss treatment choices that are rarely brought to your attention and the mechanism of head injuries and concussions.

The great part about this plan is you get the same re-pricing program for hospital stays, ancillary services, i.e. laboratory work, MRI"s, etc,. In addition to dental, prescription discounts, vision care, alternative, Chiropractic services, and more.

Abbreviations - If you"re audited, don"t count on a chiropractor reviewing your records who"ll understand what "PR-L" or "ASRA" or even "Sublux" means. For that matter, even just a non-chiropractor may have difficulty with non specific abbreviations like "PT." Did you send the individual for Physical Therapy or part time work? The auditor is not going to try and interpret your abbreviations, particularly if a key isn"t present that describes new patients. A great SOAP note with one abbreviation that is unidentifiable can cause you to fail your audit. So, make certain that you"re spelling it out clearly (another edge to EMR, push the button and the word comes out!) or that you provide a key that clearly translates all your abbreviations.

I"ve seen it over the years of my practice that kids have a greater sense of well being and who receive routine chiropractic care have fewer illnesses. This implies a happy child who sleeps well and has a calm manner. These are children who learn fast and do well in school. Many of the harsh drugs such as antibiotics and Ritalin are never wanted. Nor are invasive surgeries for example adding ear tubes or having tonsils removed.

The bed you sleep on has an enormous effect on the quality of sleep. Sleep deprivation can affect you in many manners. In your everyday life it may lead to lacking energy and feeling tired, sleepy. The emotional and mental effects are even more difficult to deal with while that can be a great physical challenge to get through the days. A lack of focus, mood swings and inspirational problems may be even more intense.

My wife (who has never smoked) wanted me to stop smoking. From time to time she"d remind me that "kissing you is like licking the bottom of an ashtray". Ouch! Of course, that statement is completely authentic and there is truly no good response to it. But as solid as that statement may be, it didn"t supply enough help for me to stop smoking.

I learned that it"s significant to both stretch and strengthen our back muscles. I spoke to my chiropractor, a local physical therapist and surfed the Internet, including the Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma (NISMAT), for exercise ideas. Although I came away with no less than 15 different possibilities, I understood that was way to many for my busy schedule. After "trying out" several distinct exercises, I found the following to be my personal tastes.

In summary, the best way to make advertising automatic is by taking one Rain Maker Day weekly, to make it a habit. No one "finds time" for success, you must "make time." Have a fantastic Rain Maker Day!
